Service Description
Book your service date (allow time your postage, we recommend one week in advance). Once booked box your suspension (see packing instructions at base of Suspension Servicing page) and post them to us at Racecraft Bikes, 32c Millburn Road, Inverness, IV2 3TR. Pay for your service when you book it, post it, we service and return it, it couldn't be easier! We cover the return postage, free of charge!
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Racecraft Bikes (RB) is an independent business built around great customer service. Customer satisfaction is key, but please be mindful of the limitations of servicing. If any issues arise just give us a call, and we will work with you for the best solution. 07752139646 General These terms and conditions will apply to service work with RB. Please read them carefully before booking a service or placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England, Wales and Scotland. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Service Booking RB operates on a calendar based booking system. We will complete the service on the date booked provided your suspension arrives at least one day before. If your item arrives late, the service date may be affected. We will post your items within one working day of service completion and will contact you when the service is complete. RB accepts no liability for any issues whatsoever arising from a delay to the scheduled booking date. Service Warranty All service work is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of repair to be free from defects in workmanship. Any product that is returned within this period and is found to be defective in workmanship will be repaired free of charge. This guarantee does not apply to products that have not been properly installed, maintained, adjusted correctly or simply misused. Neither does it cover product/component failure or wear and tear. Service Payment Payment will be taken when the job is completed. If you need extra work/parts to complete the job, we will call you to discuss options and authorise any additional payment first. We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer - preferred, details on invoice. Debit/Credit card -Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard Your suspension must be adequately packed in bubble wrap (do not tape directly to any part of your suspension) and secured in a robust box suitable for transit. RB and our couriers accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for suspension that is damaged or lost in transit due to poor, inappropriate or inadequate packing. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is adequately insured with whichever carrier you use. Our carrier insurance covers the return to you.
